Prepare the Juice
In a pitcher, combine the fresh orange juice and set aside.

Chill the Champagne
Make sure the Champagne or sparkling wine is chilled before serving.

Mix the Mimosa
In a flute glass, pour equal parts of the chilled Champagne and fresh orange juice.

Garnish
Add a few fresh berries and an orange slice to each glass for garnish. Optionally, add a mint leaf.
