Horseradish Crust Ingredients

Method

Horseradish Crust Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Horseradish

Peel and finely grate the fresh horseradish root using a microplane or grater. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated horseradish, panko breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. 3

    Apply the Crust

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place your protein of choice (such as fish or beef) on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Spread the horseradish crust mixture evenly over the top of the protein.

  4. 4

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the protein is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy your horseradish crusted dish!
