Assemble the Vareniki
Roll the dough out to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into circles (about 3 inches in diameter). Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal. Ensure they are well sealed to prevent the filling from leaking during cooking.

Cook the Vareniki
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully drop the vareniki into the boiling water. Once they float to the top, let them cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
