Cooking Instructions

1

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs, and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Seasoning

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.

3

Baking

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.

4

Sauce Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat over low heat until warmed through.

5

Grilling

Preheat a grill or broiler. Remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap them. Brush the ribs generously with the barbecue sauce mixture.

6

Finishing Touch

Place the ribs on the grill or under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
