Preparation
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs, and pat them dry with paper towels.
Seasoning
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
Baking
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
Sauce Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat over low heat until warmed through.
Finishing Touch
Place the ribs on the grill or under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
