Prepare the Rice
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of Sun rice and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
Prepare the Shrimp
In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
Cook the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are slightly charred.
Make the Drawn Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the stick of butter over low heat. Once melted, set aside.
