1. Prepare the Tuna
Pat the yellowfin tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Charbroil the Tuna
Preheat your grill or charbroiler to high heat. Place the tuna steaks on the grill, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
3. Serve
Remove the tuna from the grill and let it rest for a minute. Slice the tuna into thin pieces and serve with teriyaki sauce drizzled over the top.
