Preparation and Cooking

Prepare the Rice

In a pot, cook the Sun rice according to package instructions. Once done, set aside.

Season the Salmon

Rub the Atlantic salmon fillets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cooking Methods

Choose your cooking method: charbroil, blacken, or bake.

Charbroil Method

Preheat the grill and cook the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side until it is cooked through.

Blackened Method

Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the salmon for about 4 minutes on each side until a dark crust forms.

Baked Method

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until flaky.

Serve

Once cooked, drizzle blue cheese dressing over the salmon and serve it alongside the cooked Sun rice. Garnish with lemon wedges.
