Stuffed Mushrooms

Method

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2

Prepare the Mushroom Caps

Clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3

Make the Cheese Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

4

Stuff the Mushrooms

Spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.

5

Add Provolone and Bake

Top each stuffed mushroom with a slice of provolone cheese. Drizzle the olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

6

Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Caps 'n Cheese!
