Prepare the Base

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Bake the Bon-Bondage

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Muffin Tins
Grease a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.

Fill Muffin Tins
Spoon a small amount of batter into each muffin cup, about 1/3 full. Add a spoonful of chocolate chips, caramel sauce, and chopped nuts into the center, then top with more batter until filled to 2/3 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool
Let the bon-bondage cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve the Dessert

Serve the bon-bondage warm or at room temperature, topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries.
