Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). You can use wood chips like hickory or apple for added flavor.

Place the seasoned wings on the smoker rack and smoke for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Return the sauced wings to the smoker for an additional 15-20 minutes to set the sauce.
