Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Dredge the Wings
In another bowl, coat the marinated wings in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the wings in batches to the hot oil and fry for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Toss
Remove the wings and let them drain on paper towels. Toss the wings in your choice of sauce (Buffalo or BBQ) before serving.

Serve the wings hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
