Spicy Dragon Noodles Recipe
Fettuccini with breaded chicken tenders, sauteed onions & peppers, tossed with our house Thai peanut sauce. Then we drizzle with a spicy garlic Chile sauce and garnish with chow mein noodles.

Prepare the Chicken Tenders
Preheat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper, then coat them in bread crumbs.

Fry the Chicken
Fry the breaded chicken tenders in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Cook the Fettuccini
Cook the fettuccini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fettuccini, sautéed vegetables, and Thai peanut sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

Prepare Spicy Drizzle
Mince the garlic and combine it with the chile sauce in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning with additional salt if necessary.

Plate the fettuccini mixture, top with sliced chicken tenders, drizzle with spicy garlic chile sauce, and garnish with chow mein noodles.
