Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Tenders

Preheat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper, then coat them in bread crumbs.

  2. 2

    Fry the Chicken

Fry the breaded chicken tenders in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess oil.

  3. 3

    Cook the Vegetables

In the same pan, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Fettuccini

Cook the fettuccini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fettuccini, sautéed vegetables, and Thai peanut sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

  6. 6

    Prepare Spicy Drizzle

Mince the garlic and combine it with the chile sauce in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning with additional salt if necessary.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the fettuccini mixture, top with sliced chicken tenders, drizzle with spicy garlic chile sauce, and garnish with chow mein noodles.
