Prepare the Glaze

In a saucepan, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens slightly. Set aside.

Season the Steak

Pat the ribeye steak dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Cook the Steak

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ribeye steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Add Gorgonzola

During the last minute of cooking, top the steak with gorgonzola cheese and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Remove the steak from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then drizzle the orange cranberry glaze over the top before serving.
