Marinade and Seasoning

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt to create the marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Steak

Place the sirloin steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill/Pan

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Cook the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Place it on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked to desired doneness, remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
