Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from the grill and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the garlic-infused olive oil over medium heat. Add the artichoke hearts and capers, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet with the artichoke and caper mixture. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the oil.

  5. 5

    Serve

Flake the grilled salmon over the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
