Ingredients for Outlaw Burger

Method

Directions for Preparing Outlaw Burger

1

Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels.

2

Form the Patties

In a bowl, season the ground chuck with salt and black pepper. Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

3

Grill the Burgers

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

4

Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

5

Assemble the Burger

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes. On the bottom half of each bun, place a burger patty with melted cheese, top with crispy bacon, a generous amount of onion rings, and drizzle with chipotle BBQ sauce. Finish with the top half of the bun.
