Fajita Wrap Ingredients
Method
Fajita Wrap Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the boneless chicken breast with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- 2
Broil the Chicken
Preheat the broiler. Place the seasoned chicken on a broiler pan and broil for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
- 3
Assemble the Wrap
Lay a jalapeno tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a portion of the sliced chicken, sprinkle with Cojack cheese, top with shredded lettuce, and drizzle with Fiesta sauce.
- 4
Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and filling.
- 5
Serve
Cut the wraps in half and serve with a side of salsa for dipping.
