Bread and Crackers
1. Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Mix in olive oil and salt.
2. Mix and Knead
Gradually add all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour, mixing until combined. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
3. First Rise
Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Shape and Second Rise
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf or rolls. Place on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
5. Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Herbed Whipped Butter
6. Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add minced garlic, herbs, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
7. Serve
Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to use.
Hot Honey Butter

In a bowl, mix softened butter with honey and cayenne pepper until well blended.
9. Chill
Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to use.
Housemade Jam
10. Cook the Jam
In a saucepan, combine fruit, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the fruit breaks down and the mixture thickens (about 20-25 minutes).
11. Cool and Store
Remove from heat and let cool. Store in jars in the refrigerator.
