Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add all the sliced vegetables (bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli) and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but still crisp.

Combine Pasta and Vegetables
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine, adding salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil, mixing well to coat the pasta and vegetables evenly.

Serve
Divide the Pasta Primavera among serving plates. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
