Wings Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them out in a single layer.

Bake Wings
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Prepare Hot Sauce Mixture
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the hot sauce and butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is well combined.

Coat Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Blend Dressing
Use a whisk or an immersion blender to mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
