Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Makers Mark Kentucky Bourbon, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and Angostura bitters.

Stir
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute slightly.

Strain
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Garnish the cocktail with a Luxardo cherry by dropping it into the glass or placing it on a cocktail pick.
