Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and season with salt and black pepper. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Sauce the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. Toss them in your choice of buffalo or barbecue sauce until they are evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Veggies

While the wings are baking, cut the carrots and celery into sticks and arrange them on a serving platter.

  6. 6

    Serve

Place the sauced wings on the platter with the carrots and celery. Serve with bleu cheese dressing on the side.
