1. Prepare the Noodles
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken and Beef
In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Beef
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the beef sirloin until browned. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
4. Sauté the Vegetables
Add the remaining tablespoon of oil in the pan. Sauté the minced garlic, red onion, and bell pepper until the vegetables are tender.
5. Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked chicken and beef to the pan. Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.
6. Serve
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
