1. Prepare the Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
2. Scramble the Eggs
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the beef.
3. Sauté Vegetables
Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the diced onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
4. Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked rice to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Add the cooked beef and scrambled eggs back into the skillet.
5. Season the Rice
Pour in the soy sauce and stir to mix evenly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Add the chopped green onions and stir gently.
6. Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
