1. Prepare the Noodles
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Stir Fry the Beef
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Combine Ingredients
Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.
5. Serve
Serve hot, garnished with additional soy sauce or pepper if desired.
