Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a blender, combine the aji amarillo peppers (seeds removed), heavy cream, garlic cloves, and queso fresco. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of water to reach desired consistency.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the aji sauce, mixing well to coat the noodles. Serve in plates topped with sliced beef steak and garnish with fresh cilantro.
