Prepare the Steak
Remove the porterhouse steak from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.

Cook the Steak
Place the steak on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (130°F for medium-rare).

Rest the Steak
Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Sides
While the steak is resting, steam the broccoli until tender, fry the French fries until golden brown, prepare the tostones by frying sliced green plantains, and cook the white rice according to package instructions.

Slice the steak and serve it alongside the steamed broccoli, French fries, tostones, and white rice.
