Pork Chop and Garlic Sauce

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork Chops

Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork Chops

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from the marinade and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Broccoli

Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Rice

In a pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the pork chops alongside the steamed broccoli and rice, or serve with French fries or tostones.
