Seafood and Sauce Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they turn bright red. Remove and let cool before cutting into pieces. In the same pot, add the mussels and cook until they open up, about 4-5 minutes. Discard any that do not open.

  2. 2

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Seafood

Add the shrimp and calamari to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Then, add the cooked lobster and mussels to the skillet.

  4. 4

    Add Wine and Seasoning

Pour in the white wine and sprinkle in the paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices, and serve hot.
