Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and chop the onions and green onions. Make sure the rice is cold and separated to avoid clumping.

Cook the Eggs
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then pour them into the skillet. Scramble until fully cooked, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Meat
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Add the chicken and shrimp, and stir-fry until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside with the eggs.

Season the Rice
Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the rice to absorb the flavors.

Garnish and Serve
Add the sliced green onions, stir to combine, and serve hot.
