Fish Preparation

1. Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix the Yemeni spice mix, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade. Rub the marinade all over the Sea Golden Fish, ensuring it is well coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

2. Prepare the Oven

Preheat the traditional clay oven for grilling. If using a regular grill, preheat it to medium-high heat.

3. Grill the Fish

Place the marinated fish on the grill or in the clay oven. Grill for about 15-20 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks. Ensure the fish is flaky and opaque.

4. Make the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese and milk. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add garlic powder and salt to taste. Mix in the chopped fresh parsley and remove from heat.
