Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Beef Patty

Form the ground beef into a patty about ½ inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the slice of white cheddar cheese on top of the patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Bun

While the patty is cooking, cut the brioche bun in half and toast it lightly on the grill or skillet.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the secret sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Add shredded lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, house-made pickles, and bacon jam. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Optional Fried Egg

If adding a fried egg, cook it in a separate pan to your desired doneness and place it on top of the burger before closing it with the top bun.

  7. 7

    Serve with Fries

Serve the burger with a side of fries.
