Method

Preparing the Salmon

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

2

Coat the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling the Salmon

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

4

Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Side

5

Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, prepare the asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Trim the ends of the asparagus and halve the cherry tomatoes.

6

Season and Grill

In a bowl, toss the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill alongside the salmon for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Serving

7

Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are done, remove them from the grill. Plate the salmon fillets alongside the grilled asparagus and cherry tomatoes.

8

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with additional dill if desired. Serve warm and enjoy your sustainable salmon meal!
