Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Breading the Chicken
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

Add Marinara and Cheese
Pour marinara sauce over each chicken breast. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
