Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Edamame

Rinse the fresh edamame pods under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.

  2. 2

    Preheat Wood Fire

Prepare your wood-fired grill or oven. Allow the fire to reach a medium-high heat, ensuring the flames have died down slightly and the coals are glowing.

  3. 3

    Char the Edamame

Place the rinsed edamame pods directly on the grill grate over the flames. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pods are charred and tender.

  4. 4

    Season and Serve

Remove the edamame from the grill and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with Jacobsen sea salt and serve warm.
