Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Fish

Clean and scale the black bream. Rinse it under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2

Season

Rub the fish inside and out with sea salt and black pepper. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon inside the cavity.

3

Stuff the Fish

Insert the garlic cloves, parsley, and the remaining lemon half (cut into slices) inside the fish.

4

Cook the Fish

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the fish in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5

Serve

Remove the fish from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with additional lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
