Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the salmon fillet with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Salmon

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Aioli

In a small bowl, mix the white chili aioli with a squeeze of lemon juice to enhance the flavor. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Dish

Once the salmon is done cooking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Place the salmon on a serving plate, drizzle with the prepared white chili aioli, and sprinkle the masago on top.

  5. 5

    Add Crunch

Crush the arare (rice crackers) slightly and sprinkle them over the salmon for an added crunch.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the spicy crunchy sake with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zest.
