Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the summer melon and watermelon radish thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife. Arrange them on a plate.

  2. 2

    Season the Sea Bream

Season the sea bream fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Sear the Fish

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sea bream fillets and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the white soy sauce and ponzu sauce together. Adjust seasoning if needed.

  5. 5

    Serve

Place the seared sea bream on top of the arranged vegetables. Drizzle the white soy ponzu sauce over the fish and garnish with fresh chives.
