1. Prepare the Brown Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Continue cooking, swirling the pan occasionally, until the butter turns a golden brown and has a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.

2. Season the Butter

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the sea salt and fresh lemon juice. Stir to combine. Let the brown butter cool slightly.

3. Serve
