Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Clean the Isaki fish thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Make three shallow cuts on each side of the fish to help with cooking.

  2. 2

    Marinate

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the fish, including inside the cuts. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a grill, lightly oil the grates.

  4. 4

    Cook the Fish

Place the marinated fish on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the fish from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with additional lemon wedges and garnish with remaining parsley if desired.
