In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red chili flakes until well combined.

Place the skirt steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat your grill to high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and oiled to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, and halved cherry tomatoes. Toss gently to mix.

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice sticks and cook according to package instructions until soft. Drain and set aside.
