Prepare Salad Base

  1. 1

    Mix Vegetables

Cook Shrimp

  1. 2

In a skillet over medium heat, add the sesame oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 3

    Add Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring in the red chili flakes and soy sauce. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

  3. 4

    Finish with Lime

Remove from heat and drizzle lime juice over the cooked shrimp. Toss to combine.

Make Dressing

  1. 5

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, red chili flakes, and salt to taste until well combined.

Assemble Salad

Pour the dressing over the salad base and toss to coat the vegetables evenly. Then, add the cooked shrimp on top.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
