Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Hendrick’s Gin, fresh lime juice, and sliced strawberries with a few mint leaves. Muddle gently to release the strawberry juices and mint aroma.

Shake and Strain
Add ice to the shaker, cover, and shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over ice.

Top it Off
Top the drink with soda water and garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of lime.
