1. Make the Pomegranate-Basil Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, fresh basil leaves, and granulated sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Once it simmers, reduce the heat to low and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
2. Prepare the Drink
In a glass, combine the cooled pomegranate-basil syrup and fresh lemon juice. Add ice cubes as desired. Top off with Starry soda and gently stir to mix.
3. Garnish and Serve
