Asiago stuffed gnocchi, bacon, dates, honey glaze

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then chop into small pieces.

Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, add olive oil. Once hot, add the gnocchi and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Prepare Gnocchi

Add the chopped bacon and dates to the skillet with the gnocchi. Drizzle with honey, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through.

Combine Ingredients

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
