In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Marinate the Chicken

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, coating them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.

Cook the Chicken

Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
