Kebab Ingredients

Method

Kebab Preparation Directions

1

Marinate the Meat

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the cubed beef or chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor).

2

Prepare the Skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. If using metal skewers, make sure they are clean and ready to use.

3

Assemble the Kebabs

Thread the marinated meat, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables until the skewers are filled.

4

Grill the Kebabs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the assembled skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

5

Serve

Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your choice of sides.
