Preparation
1. Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into strips about 1 inch wide.
2. Form the Knots
Take each strip of dough and tie it into a knot. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Make the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and salt, cooking for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Bake the Knots
Brush the garlic butter over each knot generously. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Finish with Toppings
Remove the knots from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and chopped Italian parsley.
6. Serve
Serve warm with Vinnie's marinara sauce for dipping.
