Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguini

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add the White Wine

Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the mussels, clams, shrimp, and calamari to the skillet, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the mussels and clams open and the shrimp are pink.

  4. 4

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in the capers, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the cooked linguini to the skillet, tossing to combine everything well.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
