In a medium bowl, combine the jumbo lump crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped green onions.

Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste. Gently fold the ingredients to avoid breaking the crab meat.

In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well blended.
